Greetings! Welcome to my fashion jewelry site. I’ve always loved working with my hands whether it was for music, painting, cooking or making jewelry. It seemed that I would shop for jewelry and never find anything vibrant, unique or expressive. I love color and texture but I couldn’t find anything that I really LOVED.

In January of 2008, while I was living in Australia (summer there), I watched an old Joni Mitchell (musician/songwriter) video performance. She had on the most beautiful aqua stone jewelry and I LOVED it. I set out to find something similar but, with no luck. I wandered into a bead store in downtown Newcastle, hopeful, and found the exact beads that I was looking for! That day I sat out on a park bench beneath the warm sunshine and made myself earrings and a necklace. Wow! Finally, the vibrant and alive colors that I was looking for! Feeling the excitement, I purchased some wooded and glass beads from the same store.

Within two days I had several new pairs of artful earrings! People started commenting on them and asked where they could find earrings like that. I began making earrings for friends and for gifts. I realized that I love creating and expressing art through jewelry making. So, here I am making one-of-a-kind, unique, handmade jewelry just for you :0) Enjoy!
